For this well-known and respected group of senior living communities, we developed a world class hospitality program. By looking at all aspects of the recruiting, selecting, on-boarding, training, coaching, and evaluation process, we developed an Associate Engagement Program as well as redesigned the entire staffing process to ensure team engagement.

We recommended a new hire orientation program and developed key elements to create a culture of commitment and associate professional development. We designed a program menu  within an existing community to create transformative programs for the residents. Our ongoing support of this client was directed at blending the art of hospitality into the science of operating and managing senior living communities.
