The history of the estate and the amount of outdoor land available for 4 season programming, events and educational opportunities makes it a destination and much more than a social club. It will have extensive resort like offerings, F&B, sports performance fitness, spa treatments and hydrothermal bathing experiences.

• Design of the Wellness Experience

• Utilization Analysis and 5-Year Wellness Pro forma

• Development of Operational Flow, informing built environment design

• Designed & developed extensive Hydrothermal experience,  Fitness Center facilities
