Our role involved:

• Feasibility analysis and pro forma

• New spa concept and re brand formulation

• Expansion and renovation design development support in concert with design/production architects

• FF&E Specification

• Branding, marketing and PR support

• Signature, wellness programs, membership, extensive fitness programs, retreats and spa  treatment development

• Treatment portfolio, including treatment/retail product selection

• Operational implementation and staffing 

• Launch supervision and staff training

• Ongoing Oversight and Management- 2014 to 2016
